I  like these comfort panties very much.  I use these for sleep with the Tena pads.  I would appreciate if you could add a strip which would allow the pad to stick to the crotch.

I expected these to have a slots in them to help hold a pad in place but there is none. They're like straight up boxers made of gauze. I'm wearing them as basic underwear and I'm not sure how long the fabric will last.
