Sure Care Protective Underwear in Superior Absorbency feature tear away sides for easy and clean removal. The cloth-like moisture barrier protects against leaks to keep clothing dry. Additional protection is provided by a super-absorbent polymer that provides maximum fluid retention while reducing odor and keeping wetness away from skin.

Does well if wearing with an appliance. Does tend to leak if saturated. You hardly know it is on. Not sure if I would rely on overnite use. And most importantly is it fits as advertised.

The product fit very well. Little to no leakage if over saturated. Normal use no problem, Very good value for the quality. I have tried several brands, I find this brand to be the best.
