Works great for our autistic 8 year old who does not understand the concept of standing to pee but who has no problem grabbing his splash guard to block the stream when he sits to pee!

It's a wonderful concept, but doesn't fit our toilet...too small.(We have a handicap elongated stool.)  Am going to see if I can "cut" the plastic to see if it works.

It did not fit any toilet in our house unless it was slanted away from user. The cup area is SO large it did not fit between legs unless doing the splits. Of course even though we could not use it, it can't be returned for sanitary reasons. It was a complete waste of money.
