Bought these for my Mom since the regular extra absorbent Depends weren't getting it done.  The caregiver loves them.  I buy them by the case for her.

I purchase these for my Mom who suffer from dementia and incontinence.  I have tried several brands and this one, according to the home where she stays, is by far the best!  Highly recommended.

Purchased these for my mother.  Her caregiver says they are working great for night-time.  She continues to use the regular ones for daytime, but says these do the job at night.

These are the most absorbent pullup I have found for my 88 year old dad. I like the fact, also, that they are breathable.

This is the best brief I have found for my father. It does not chafe and is absorbent through the night (although we do get him up once to change). Usually delivery is two days, but this time it took one week, which meant we had to use cheap-o adult diapers for 2 days - NOT a good scene!

I am a caregiver for my 86 year old Dad who has several types of dementia. I had been using the Premium Tranquility Overnight pullups which have a 34 fl. oz absorbency which worked quite well. Recently, he seems to forget how to use the bathroom at night so I searched for a pullup with greater absorbency. I came upon the Abena Abri-Flex M3 pullups which absorb a little over 2 qts. So far, these have been great and we are back to no leakage during the night.
