The best feature is the leg opening, which is made to prevent leakage. However the product is really not absorbent enough for me. The padding inside also tends to bunch up and separate. Probably OK for light incontinence.

I tried to get adult diapers for my mother who weighs 82 pounds. None of the local stores carried them small enough. The size Y/S are perfect for her and she's comfortable in them.

More than adequate for daytime use, holds 25+ ounces without "squishing out". Good for overnight with a "doubler". Fit is really good and the leg elastic is not stiff and irritating. Excellent value for those of us that care for someone who is fully incontinent.
