They are very good, she uses these everyday.  They are pretty absorbent and the 2 X-Large Pro Care Breathable Brief Adult diaper totally cover her enough.

These were substituted for the Attends value tier that I normally order and they are totally inadequate. They do not absorb enough to be called heavy. The design is poor as the wings are very high on the diaper not allowing an adequate seal around legs and so they leak and the Velcro fasteners tho hold well stick to the bedpad or anything else making changing difficult for caregiver.
