Moldex 1500 N95 Healthcare Particulate Respirator and Surgical Disposable Mask are NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency of 95% or greater against non-oil based particulates. These masks are designed to last longer and provide an easy and comfortable fit.

Moldex N95 Masks meets CDC guidelines for protection against TB. They have a bacterial filter efficiency >99.9%.

The Dura-Mesh shell, exclusive to Moldex, prevents filter media contact by contaminated gloves or hands. The shell resists collapsing, even under hot and humid conditions. The Softspun inner lining is soft to the touch. providing even greater comfort.

Moldex 1500 N95 Masks feature a molded nose bridge with soft foam cushion to provide the wearer with an easy, comfortable and dependable fit. There is no metal noseband to adjust and the seal is maintained without pressure points.

Moldex 1500 Masks have elastic straps that don’t irritate. They are color coded, don’t require pre stretching, and they are securely attached. They are not manufactured with natural rubber latex.

Moldex Standard Strap Fitting Instructions:

Hold respirator in hand with molded nose contour (narrow end) at finger tips, allowing headstrap to fall below hand
Place respirator with molded nose contour (narrow end) up. Nose fusion most not be creased inside of respirator. Raise top strap to top of back of head. Pull shorter bottom strap over head, below ears, to around neck. Do not wear with only one strap. When changing from any model size to another respirator you must fit test
Adjust respirator for comfortable fit.
Each time user enters contaminated area seal should be fit checked. Cover front of respirator by cupping both hands. Inhale sharply. A negative pressure should be felt inside the respirator. If any leakage is detected at respirator edges, adjust straps by pulling back along the sides and/or reposition respirator. Repeat until sealed properly, otherwise see your supervisor. Entry into a contaminated area with an improper fit may result in sickness or death.
