I have yet to install the grab bar, but it looks fine. For customer service : I needed a reply when I had not received the product in 2 weeks. At my inquiry with Incontinence I did receive an email explaining that they were out of stock. A month later I received the product. But, I had inquired about WHEN their stock would come in, but never got an answer. I did not get the chance to reorder with another company, so when I received by order with Incontinence I accepted it.
