Attends DermaDry Bariatric Briefs are adult diapers in size XXX-Large to accommodate larger people. These big diapers accommodate waistlines from 70 inches to 100 inches and have a move-with-you stretchable design for fit and comfort. The super absorbent polymer and acquisition layer quickly channel fluids and lock them in place for comfort, dryness, and odor control.

The comfort stretch side panels are breathable to allow more air flow for drier skin, and stretchable to provide a tailored fit up to 90". The wider Easy-Fit Tapes to cover the larger surface area. Perma-Dry fibers channel fluids throughout the brief for superior acquisition, and reduce pH levels for ultimate skin wellness, dryness, and odor control. The soft non-woven topsheet is gentle against skin.

Unfortunately, these briefs/diapers do not hold urination during the night. At least not for 150lb, 80-yr old senior male.  OK for during day.
